Sylhan's facilities are dedicated to precision machining, fabrications, and assemblies. The plant is continually being upgraded with the latest equipment to satisfy our customers' requirements so we remain competitive in our global markets. These continual improvements are paramount to staying competitive by providing premier components with tight tolerances of 0.001 to 0.0001 depending upon materials.

At Sylhan, customers can look forward to the operation of the latest CNC lathe with live tooling and current Swiss screw machines with large capacity and automatic material feed, CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, extensive EDM Wire and EDM sinker equipment, and other state-of-the-art equipment to meet all customer machining requirements.

Acquiring the newest equipment is coupled with technical skills and innovative manufacturing techniques. Sylhan refractory metal professionals operate our machinery with a minimum of downtime. The delicate, micron-level workings of these machine tools require broad knowledge of coolants and machining techniques.

Sylhan has a total of 22 CNC Mills; both horizontal and vertical.
Sylhan has 10 Automated CNC Turning Centers.
Sylhan's inspection equipment includes OGP Smartscope Flash CMM and Niton XL-800 Alloy analyzer.
Sylhan is capable of Statistical Process Control.
Sylhan maintains large inventories of raw materials that allows for on time deliveries and flexibility of scheduling.
Sylhan is constantly reviewing and revising production methodology for the purpose of improving process and reducing costs. Having extensive manufacturing experience with production products for the semiconductor industry has created a discipline of continuous process improvements.
